as productive and useful for you as have thousands of educators and millions
of students. This section is designed to assist you with any difficulties
you might experience with our products.
Many
questions can be answered by reading the user guide installed with each
program.
Windows Users: Go to the programs menu, find the program and
open the "User Guide" or "Read Me." You will find
complete installation instructions, system requirements and a description
of the teacher and student options imbedded in the program along with
directions for implementing them.
Mac Users: Find the program folder installed on the hard drive
and open the User Guide. You will find complete installation instructions,
system requirements and a description of the teacher and student options
imbedded in the program along with directions for implementing them.
Reinstalling: Sometimes a fresh start is the best solution to a
problem. If you wish to do so, we suggest using the un-install program
that was installed with the program. DO NOT use the add/remove
program from your control panel, it can leave critical files on the hard
drive and interfere with any future installs or add to the problem you
are having.
Solving: If you do not find a solution to your problem we will
do our best to solve it via email. Please use the information guide provided
here.
You can copy the questions into the content field of the email or complete
