| The following programs make use of your WINDOWS folder to store vital program information. If the program *hangs*, *freezes*, or simply fails to run, the Preferences file for that program has become corrupted. The Preferences file becomes corrupted due to the program's inability to write to the disk. This usually happens when a user quits the program without going back to the Menu and using the Quit button. The following links will allow you to download a small patch utility, which will fix your program, and give you the option to have your file repaired. If you wish to save the previous users' records and scores, we STRONGLY recommend you make a backup disk. The patch will allow you to make a backup disk. |

Typing You are here because you've encountered a problem with Stickybear Typing. The program has started to hang, freeze or display other such problems. To fix these problems, all you have to do is this: 1. Click this file and save it in your C:\Windows folder. (If you do not have an Unzipping utility, we suggest WinZip! A very easy to use Unzipping tool.) 2. Unzip the file fixtype.zip to C:\Windows folder. 3. After the file has been unzipped, simply open a DOS prompt. 4. At the C:\Windows\> prompt, type fixtype and press Enter. 5. Follow the on-screen directions, and you're all set! |
